Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  1. Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Piece of Rock does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Chennai, India.
  2. Please note that we have engaged a third party delivery service provider to fulfil all order shipments. Piece of rock will strive to deliver all packages within the promised delivery time. However, Piece of Rock is not liable for delays experienced by the delivery service provider due to unforeseen reasons.
  3. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder or reach out to support@pieceofrock.com
  4. Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
  5. All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Piece of Rock at any time.
  6. Once your order has been processed by our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our delivery service provider with tracking information enclosed. 
  7. Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For orders within India, Piece of Rock offers complimentary 3-5 day standard shipping.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Piece of Rock does not currently offer shipping outside of India. We hope to roll out this feature soon so stay tuned!!

LOST PACKAGE

  1. Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Piece of Rock is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

During any sale/promotion period, all sales are final. Piece of Rock reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for your purchases if Piece of Rock lowers the price of an item you have already purchased.
