Refund policy
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the Piece of Rock exchanges portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on pieceofrock.com.
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for products on pieceofrock.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
1. . We offer exchanges and returns within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, Piece of Rock does not currently offer free returns. You would be responsible to ship your product back to Piece of Rock. You may use a cost-effective courier service of your choice. Kindly email support@pieceofrock.com to initiate your return process.
2. You may initiate the request of an exchange/return of a product if:
- Both the product and shipping package have been damaged
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect size has been shipped or you need a size correction
- Parts of the product or accessory is missing
- If an incorrect product has been shipped against your order (design/colour)
3. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email. You are responsible for payment of return shipment to Piece of Rock.
4. Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check (for signs of use, tampering etc) and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
5. Estimated delivery of all exchanges fall between seven (7) and ten (10) working days.
6. If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued an online store credit which can be availed at your next online purchase.
7. For all return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit note once quality check on the product has been approved. This will be shared to your registered email address.
8. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn or used or damaged by you, we won’t proceed forward with the query.
9. If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order id at support@pieceofrock.com. We are available Monday through Saturday between 9 am IST and 6 pm IST. All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.
10. All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations and refunds. Any refunds approved by the company are issued in the form of a online store credit equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be redeemed during your purchase in the online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE/REFUND OF PRODUCTS:
You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
- The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
- Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
- There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
- Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
